Refund & Exchange Guidelines

This guideline encompasses all processes related to returns, exchanges, or refunds for products offered by GarageZen, including all associated merchandise.

1. Eligibility for a partial (50%) refund requires items to be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days from the return shipment date.

2. Reports of any damage or loss should be directed to support@garagezen.com within 3 days of receiving the package or the items are not eligible for return or replacement.

3. A restocking fee of 50% applies to all approved returns. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be fully refunded due to incurred shipping expenses. Orders not yet dispatched may be eligible for complete reimbursement.

4. Notification of received returns and impending refunds will be communicated via email. Refunds can take 7-14 business days to process and will be credited to the initial payment method. If refunds are delayed, verify with your banking institution, then reach out to your card issuer and consult with your bank if necessary. If the refund is still outstanding, please connect with our support team.

5. Merchandise purchased on sale is considered a final purchase and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

6. Exchanges are limited to items that are damaged or faulty. Customers bear the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

7. Should there be an error in the address provided, please notify our Customer Support at support@garagezen.com. If a package is sent to an incorrect address as provided by the customer, we may issue a refund minus the restocking fee or require payment for reshipment at our discretion.

• Customer name as listed on the original order
• Desired size for exchange or request for a refund
