REFUND & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
This guideline encompasses all processes related to returns, exchanges, or refunds for products offered by GarageZen, including all associated merchandise.
All sales items are final and not subject to return, exchange, or refund. This includes promotions, clearance, and international orders.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that exhibit significant usage, alterations, or damage, including but not limited to wear with stains, odors, or pet hair.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
When submitting your return or exchange request, please make sure to have the following information ready:

Items returned by the mail carrier: If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email support@garagezen.com immediately. If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will email you, per our discretion we may issue a refund minus 10% restocking fee or the customer may pay the shipping fees to resend the package. In cases where items are returned due to undeliverable addresses and there is no response from the customer within 5 business days, a refund with a restocking fee deduction will be processed.
